We're not just accountants.
We're your business partner.
Founded in 2006 and based in Watervliet, New York, we envisioned a team of accountants offering critical back office financial support to small businesses and non-profit organizations in a way that strengthened their organization and leadership. And years later we’re proud to say, “Mission accomplished”!
Specifically, we set out to fill a void between small businesses and their CPAs and payroll providers. Traditional CPA firms prepare taxes and provide financial guidance but cannot provide businesses with ongoing day-to-day support due to independence restrictions.
Payroll companies provide payroll software, but do not provide guidance and often charge significant fees.
With DALLE, you finally can have it both ways. Because we’ll be here for every payroll, bank reconciliation, financial question, tax return and virtually any other financial need you may have.
Seamlessly supporting you and giving you peace of mind so you can concentrate on running and growing your business.
Our growth has always been measured by our clients’ success. And over the years, we’ve been a key part of many success stories. We assisted two non-profit organizations merge and implemented a new dues assessment methodology. We helped a startup company grow over the course of five years to multiple locations with more than $4 million in sales, and we assisted business owners with selling their successful businesses for substantial profits.
We evolve into your trusted business ally by tightly weaving our people and processes into the very fabric of your company or organization.
Typical Large Business Structure
CEO Sets mission, works with board, ensures marketing focus
COO Oversees business operations
CFO Maintains financial stability, ensures cash to grow, maintains regulatory compliance
Many small businesses and non-profits might have a bookkeeper, which results in all of the above three roles being played by the CEO. At DALLE we’ve created a special niche by providing strong accounting support and guidance plus regulatory compliance through a unique team-based model. Becoming the financial partner you’ve always wanted while allowing the CEO to focus on the essentials.

The Power of knowledge.
Tax preparation is merely a compliance function for so many businesses. In fact, many business owners only talk to their accountant once a year. But accounting provides critical information that should be used all year long through frequent interaction.
Typical CPA firms provide a compliance service ensuring laws, rules, and regulations are followed. In contrast, DALLE Accounting offers you knowledge of financial information on a regular, actionable basis that helps your organization move forward and accomplish your goals.
With compliance-focused accounting, you’re not going to be able to utilize your profitability often enough to make informed decisions. If your accounting is knowledge focused, profitability information is more readily available by project, by grant, by marketing initiative or line of business to make stronger, more timely data-driven decisions.
We don’t prepare thousands of tax returns like many firms. Instead, we continually prepare you for growth and success by educating you, providing feedback and analyzing how your tax liabilities can be managed or lowered.
It Pays to Outsource to DALLE.
- Allows your management to focus on core operations and marketing
- Provides stability in staffing by relying on DALLE Accounting as your financial team
- Enhances the strength of your accounting function by gaining more expertise and knowledge through DALLE’s team-based approach rather than one person
- Reduces your business costs by converting an employee into an independent contractor
- Improves your internal controls and the quality of your financial reporting
